Instructions:
  1. Prepare Pan: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Double Boiler Setup: Create a double boiler on your stove by filling a small saucepan halfway with water and placing a large, heat-safe bowl on top.
  3. Melt Ingredients: Place your condensed coconut milk, chocolate chips, coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt in the large bowl. Over low heat, stir constantly until all the ingredients are melted together.
  4. Pour and Set: Using an oven mitt, pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, using a spatula to scrape down the bowl.
  5. Freeze: Place in the freezer to set. Let this set for at least 1 hour before cutting.
  6. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Instructions:
