Tuscan Shrimp Orzo Recipe (30-Minute, One-Pan Meal)

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup orzo pasta
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
– 1 tablespoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. *Heat the Oil*: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. *Cook the Onion and Garlic*: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. *Add the Orzo*: Add the orzo pasta to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.
