Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

This is a light and flavorful lunch option that’s perfect for a hot summer day. It’s also very customizable – you can add in your favorite chopped vegetables, or even swap the tuna for grilled chicken or salmon.

Ingredients:

(5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Fill each lettuce leaf with a scoop of the tuna salad mixture.
