Ingredients:

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • Cooking spray

I always need something to snack on during the day so I prepare kidney beans in the toaster oven. I love chickpeas but only had kidney beans left. Still tastes good especially the crunchy skin.
