  6. While the falafel is baking, prepare your slider buns or rolls by slicing them in half.
  7. Once the falafel is done, assemble your sliders by placing a falafel patty on the bottom half of each bun or roll.
  8. Top each patty with sliced cucumber, roma tomato, and mixed greens.
  9. Place the top half of the bun or roll on top and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy your sweet potato falafel sliders!
