“OMG” Flavor Bowl – WW Friendly

🥒 Ingredients:

  • 1 whole bag of Persian cucumbers (~4–6 cucumbers), sliced thin or chopped
  • 2–3 tbsp light cream cheese (softened for mixing) (about 2 Points)
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar (0 Points)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (1 Point)
  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp light or homemade spicy mayo (see below – ~1 Point)
  • 1–2 tsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning (0 Points)
  • Optional protein:
    • 3 oz crab sticks (imitation crab) (2–3 Points)
    • OR 2 oz smoked salmon (0–2 Points)
    • OR cooked shrimp (0 Points)

🔥 Homemade WW-Friendly Spicy Mayo:

Mix together:

  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • ½ tsp Sriracha or any hot sauce
  • Optional: a splash of lime juice or garlic powder

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add softened cream cheese in dollops, and gently mix with rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until creamy but still chunky.
  3. Fold in spicy mayo and protein of choice (if using).
  4. Sprinkle with everything seasoning and toss gently.
  5. Cover and let chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  6. Serve cold as a salad, dip with seaweed snacks, or even in lettuce wraps!

💡 WW Tips:

  • Use fat-free cream cheese to drop it to 0–1 Point.
  • Portion mindfully with mayo & oil — a little goes a long way on flavor.
  • Add cauliflower rice or shredded carrots to bulk it up.
