- 1/2 cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter), reconstituted with water – 1 point
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (optional, for richness) – 6 points
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce – 0 points
- 1/4 cup zero-calorie sweetener (like monk fruit or stevia blend) – 0 points
- 1 egg – 0 points
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 0 points
- 1/2 cup almond flour or oat flour – 4 points
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (Lily’s sugar-free or semi-sweet) – 3 points
