Weight Watchers-Friendly Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Homemade sauce (tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil)
  • Palm lasagna noodles
  • Fat-free cottage cheese
  • Fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spinach (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your homemade sauce by cooking tomatoes, garlic, onion, and basil together until well combined.
  3. Cook the palm lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  4. In a bowl, mix together fat-free cottage cheese, fat-free mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese to create the filling.
  5. Optionally, add spinach to the filling mixture for added flavor and nutrition.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used up.
  7. Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  2. The filling was fat free cottage cheese fat-free mozzarella cheese and Parmesan grated cheese. I use palm lasagna which is the first time and it wasn’t that bad.
  3. The entire bread tray is 6.5 points so if I cut it in thirds I’m looking at just under three points per slice.
  4. I baked at 400° for 35 minutes. You could add spinach too so maybe next time I’ll give that a go!
  5. This is a great recipe for those of you who are on keto too!
