Mini Peach Cheesecake Mason Jars

Made the mini peach cheesecake Mason jars! Except they were out of no sugar added cherry pie filling at Walmart  so I improvised and went with no sugar added peaches. Also made one with banana! You really could use any fruit. Anyway these are only 2 points each on Weight Watchers and super delish

Recipe serves six

Ingredients

32 ounces of Chobani Plain Greek non-fat Yogurt zero points

3 sheets of Great Value Honey Grahams 8 points

1 package Jello cheesecake reduced calorie instant pudding and pie filling 3 points

1 1/2 cups Del Monte No sugar added California Sliced Peaches 0 points

Instructions

took half of a cracker crushed it up and put it on the bottom of each jar.  In a bowl I mixed the Greek yogurt with the jello and I weighed 5 oz into each jar, then I evenly distributed peaches into each jar

Notes: take the honey graham cracker sheet and snap in half use 6 jars, 3 sheets snapped in half will be good for all jars

Ingredient Notes:

  • Chobani Plain Greek Non-fat Yogurt: This yogurt serves as the creamy base for the cheesecake filling. Using non-fat yogurt helps keep the points lower on Weight Watchers.
  • Great Value Honey Grahams: These graham crackers provide the crust for the cheesecake. You’ll crush them up and layer them at the bottom of each jar.
  • Jello Cheesecake Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding and Pie Filling: This mix adds flavor and helps thicken the yogurt mixture to create a cheesecake-like texture. It’s a lower-calorie option compared to traditional cheesecake filling.
  • Del Monte No Sugar Added California Sliced Peaches: These peaches are used as the fruit component in the cheesecake jars. Using no sugar added peaches helps keep the overall sugar content lower.

Instructions Clarification:

  • Preparing the Crust: Crush half of a graham cracker sheet and layer it at the bottom of each jar. This serves as the base for the cheesecake.
  • Mixing the Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, combine the Chobani yogurt with the Jello cheesecake mix. Evenly distribute the yogurt mixture into each jar, typically around 5 ounces per jar.
  • Adding the Peaches: Once the yogurt mixture is in the jars, evenly distribute the sliced peaches among them. This adds fruity flavor and sweetness to the cheesecake.

Recipe Notes:

  • Cracker Portioning: To ensure you have enough graham crackers for all jars, snap 3 sheets of honey graham crackers in half. This should provide enough crust for 6 jars.
  • Variations: You can customize these cheesecake jars by using different fruits such as bananas, strawberries, or berries. Feel free to experiment with your favorite fruits!

These Mini Peach Cheesecake Mason Jars are a delightful and low-point treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without derailing your Weight Watchers plan. Enjoy!
