Ingredients:

Includes sugar-free varieties of dried cranberries, apricots, plums, and raisins
10g Fast-Dissolving Gelatin
Nuts and Seeds:
30g walnuts
30g peanuts
30g pumpkin seeds
Dairy:
300g cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free)
60g plain yogurt (low-fat or fat-free)
Instructions:
Prepare Dried Fruits and Nuts:
Chop the assorted dried fruits into small pieces if needed. Coarsely chop the walnuts, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds.
Soften Gelatin:
In a small bowl, sprinkle the fast-dissolving gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
