Low-Point Butter Swim Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

Instructions:
