Instructions:
For the Crust:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt Cheeses:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheeses are fully melted and combined.
- Add Remaining Crust Ingredients:
- To the melted cheese mixture, add the egg, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Form the Crust:
- Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and use your hands to press it into a round pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Air Fry:
- Carefully transfer the crust (with the parchment paper) to the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Flip the Crust:
