Instructions:

For the Crust:
  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt Cheeses:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheeses are fully melted and combined.
  3. Add Remaining Crust Ingredients:
    • To the melted cheese mixture, add the egg, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a dough-like consistency.
  4. Form the Crust:
    • Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and use your hands to press it into a round pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
