Low Carb Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Add the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to the beaten eggs. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
