Ingredients:-
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- Liquid stevia or any preferred low-carb sweetener to taste
Instructions:-
- Prepare the Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Mixing: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, unsweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules (if using), vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
- Sweetening: Add liquid stevia or another low-carb sweetener of your choice gradually, tasting as you go. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- Blending: Blend all the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
- Bottling: Pour the mixture into a sterilized glass bottle or jar with a tight-sealing lid.
