Light Texas Trash Dip (WW Friendly)

Points: 2–3 points per ¼ cup (depending on cheese brand)
💛 Ingredients
1 (16-oz) can fat-free refried beans
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup salsa (any)
1 cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese
½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar
1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade)
2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, chopped (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
Cooking spray
🔥 Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine:
refried beans
Greek yogurt
salsa
taco seasoning
jalapeños

Mix well until creamy.
Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly.
Top with all the cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
