Tips

  • Removing Moisture from Zucchini: It’s important to remove as much moisture as possible from the grated zucchini to avoid a watery slice. Squeeze the zucchini in a clean cloth or paper towel until it’s quite dry.
  • Cheese Variations: Feel free to use a combination of cheeses such as mozzarella, feta, or Parmesan for different flavors.
  • Bacon Alternatives: For a different flavor, try using ham or cooked, crumbled sausage instead of bacon.
  • Vegetarian Option: Omit the bacon and add other veggies like grated carrot, chopped bell peppers, or spinach for a vegetarian version.

This keto Zucchini Slice is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack. It’s low in carbs and packed with flavor!
