Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream (full-fat or Greek yogurt if preferred)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (sugar-free)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 2 tsp fresh)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Chopped fresh chives, parsley, or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Soften the cream cheese: Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes so it’s easier to whip.
- Whip the cream cheese: In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add the other ingredients: Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve: Top with chopped fresh herbs if desired. Serve with keto-friendly veggies like celery, cucumber, bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes.
