Keto Sushi Bake. Delicious!

  • 1/2 lb salmon (seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder and baked)
  • 1/2 lb crab meat (imitation or real) cut in smaller pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Japanese mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 4 cups riced cauliflower, cooked and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup shredded seaweed
  • Black sesame seeds, green onions, more mayo and Sriracha for topping

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo and Sriracha until smooth. Stir in crab meat and salmon.
  • Spread cauliflower rice evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle seaweed over the rice. Spoon the seafood mixture over the seaweed and spread gently.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top. Drizzle more mayo and Sriracha if desired. Cut into squares and serve with low carb soy sauce.
