  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sourdough starter (ensure it’s a keto-friendly starter)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the apple cider vinegar, sour cream or Greek yogurt, water, and sourdough starter. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. The psyllium husk will help bind the ingredients together, so make sure it’s well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
