Keto Mock Ravioli
Enjoy the cheesy goodness of ravioli without the carbs with this easy and satisfying keto recipe. All you need are some meatballs, provolone cheese, and a low-carb marinara sauce for dipping. These keto mock ravioli are perfect for a quick and tasty dinner or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 package (12 oz) of frozen meatballs (preferably grass-fed beef or turkey)
- 1 package (8 oz) of sliced provolone cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 jar (24 oz) of Raos marinara sauce (or any low-carb sauce of your choice)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each cheese slice into four triangles and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the cheese triangles, if using.
- Place a meatball on top of each cheese triangle and cover with another cheese triangle.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the meatballs are heated through.
