  • 1/2 cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/2 large Onion (diced)
  • 8 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 oz Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free ketchup (optional)**
