  • 6 slices of turkey (the small slices from Oscar Mayerā€™s deli fresh)

  • 2 large round of Italian dry salami (Naturalissima brand)
  • 1 of a chopped up pepperoncini

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Pile up the ingredients in the bowl of a giant lettuce leaf.
  2. Wrap it and youā€™ll have the magical sandwich you saw above!
  3. I added 2 tablespoons of Italian Dressing (I used one made locally ā€œFanny Mencoboniā€™s Original Italian Dressingā€ which has 1 carb and is delicious) on the side for dipping.

Feel free to do the inverted wrap too if youā€™re out of lettuce or simply donā€™t have big enough leaves as I did here with some rosemary ham, muenster cheese, mustard, and arugula. Ham is always such a pain to wrap, though.
