Store leftover Keto Ham Roll Ups in the fridge for up to 4 days. I don’t recommend freezing them.
How to Make Keto Ham Roll Ups
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch, lemon juice and salt.
- Place the ham on a cutting board and top each with 2 slices of cheese.
- Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the ham into a scroll and chill for 30 minutes.
- Cut each ham roll up into 6 pieces.
- Serve immediately or chill until needed.
