  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices of ham (deli-style, or you can use Canadian bacon)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Prepare Ham Slices:
    • Press a slice of ham into each muffin cup, creating a cup shape. Make sure the ham covers the bottom and sides of each cup.
  3. Crack Eggs:
    • Crack one egg into each ham cup.
  4. Season:
    • Sprinkle salt and pepper over each egg to taste.
  5. Add Cheese:
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the egg whites are set, and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
  7. Garnish:
    • If desired, garnish with chopped chives or parsley for a burst of freshness.
