Ingredients

- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:

- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave the cheese mixture for 30 seconds to soften, then stir until smooth.
- Combine and Mix: Add the cheese mixture and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined. The dough will be thick.
- Knead: If using, add olive oil to the dough for extra softness and knead until smooth.
- Shape the Breadsticks:
- Divide and Roll: Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece into a 7-inch log. Place the logs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Flatten Slightly: Optionally, flatten each log slightly to resemble breadsticks.
- Bake:
- Bake Breadsticks: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Brush with Garlic Butter:
- Prepare Garlic Butter: While the breadsticks are baking, mix melted butter, kosher salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
