Finely chopped red pepper 1
Finely chopped 1 onion
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Courgette 2 large
Eggplants 2 Large
Instructions:
Turn on the microwave oven to 180 degrees C and gas mark 4.
Grill the courgette and eggplants properly until they become lightly browned from both sides.

Transfer the onion to the pan and cook it for almost five minutes.
