Ingredients:

- 4 oz (115g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (sugar-free, keto-friendly)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 large English cucumber, thinly sliced

- Make the spread:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Prep the bread:
- Lightly toast the keto bread if you prefer more texture (optional).
- Let it cool if toasted.
- Assemble the sandwiches:
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each slice of bread.
- Layer thin cucumber slices over the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread to form sandwiches.
- Cut and serve:

- Cut into quarters (squares or triangles) for tea sandwich style.
