Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork (or ground beef)
1 lb ground beef (or more pork)
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
8 dill pickle slices
1/4 cup mustard (Dijon or yellow mustard)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp butter, melted
Optional: low-carb bread or lettuce wraps for serving
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Meat Patties:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork and ground beef with the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well-combined and form into small slider-sized patties.
Cook the Patties:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set them aside.
Assemble the Sliders:
Lay the slider patties on a baking sheet or dish. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of ham, and a pickle slice.
Spread mustard and mayonnaise on top of each slider. If using low-carb bread, assemble with buns at this stage.
Bake:
Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter.
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve Hot:
