Ingredients:

For cooking:

Heavy whipping cream ¼ cups

Water ¼ cups

Chopped garlic 8 cloves

Butter 2 tbsp.

For marinade:

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 pound

Ground black pepper 1 tsp.

Kosher salt ½ tsp.

Dijon’s mustard 1 tbsp.

Olive oil 2 tbsp.

Herbs de Provence 2 tsp.

Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp.

Minced garlic 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

Take a large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, water, chopped garlic, butter, boneless skinless chicken thighs, ground black pepper, kosher salt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and herbs de Provinces and mix them properly with your hands.

Now, allow cooling it for 10 minutes at room temperature.

For stovetop:

When the mixture is ready to cook, take a saucepan add the butter in it, and heat it for 3 minutes until the butter is melted properly.

Now, add the chicken marinade and also cook it for more than 3 minutes or cook it until it becomes golden brown and cook it properly on both sides.

Cover the saucepan with a large plate after adding the water to it and cook it for more than 10 minutes.

Remove it from the sauce and serve it.

Notes:

For instant pot add all the chopped ingredients in the pot.

For stove top add all the fresh and without chopped ingredients in the pot.

This recipe can be stored and frozen easily, and you can also reheat this in your oven and pot.
