Instructions:

- Separate Eggs: Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing them in two separate bowls.
- Prepare Batter: In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Whip Egg Whites: In the other bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar (if using) and a pinch of salt. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This step is crucial for the fluffiness of the cloud bread.
