Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

    • Season with dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Add the zucchini mixture to the egg and cheese mixture and stir to combine.
    • Pour the mixture into the almond flour crust-lined baking dish.
