Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together the xanthan gum and water, then slowly pour it into the sauce, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Remove the baked chicken from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm with cauliflower rice or steamed veggies for a complete meal.
