For the Chicken:
1 boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp oregano
Β½ tsp paprika
Juice of Β½ lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Tzatziki Sauce:
Β½ cup Greek yogurt
ΒΌ cucumber, finely grated
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or Β½ tsp dried)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Wrap Components:
1 whole wheat pita or flatbread
ΒΌ cucumber, thinly sliced
Β½ tomato, sliced
A few red onion slices
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Optional: extra olive oil drizzle or crumbled feta

Marinate & Cook the Chicken:
Toss chicken strips with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3β4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Make the Tzatziki:
Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess water. Mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Chill until ready to use.
Assemble the Wrap:
Warm the pita. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki, add chicken strips, sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and a few sprigs of dill. Fold or roll and enjoy!
