These Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets are a complete meal packed with flavor! Juicy steak, tender potatoes, and vegetables are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection in individual foil packs.


Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for a zesty finish)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Grill or Oven

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F), or preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
