INGREDIENTS:-

  • 3Ā cupsĀ chickenĀ cooked and shredded
  • 8Ā ozĀ hamĀ chopped
  • 4Ā ozĀ cream cheeseĀ softened
  • 3Ā ozĀ butterĀ melted
  • 1Ā TbspĀ white wineĀ optional
  • 1/2Ā TbspĀ dijon mustard
  • 1Ā TspĀ lemon juice
  • 1/4Ā TspĀ salt
  • 1/4Ā TspĀ black pepper
  • 3Ā ozĀ Swiss cheeseĀ shredded
  • Fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:-

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put the chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Layer the pieces of ham on top.
  3. In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine the cream cheese, butter, white wine, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until a thick sauce forms.
  5. Spread this sauce over the chicken and ham in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle swiss cheese on top of the sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
