Easy Cherry Pie Bites
Ingredients:

  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Spray a regular muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough:
    • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
    • Place each triangle into a muffin tin, with the widest part at the bottom and the points sticking out over the edges.
  3. Fill the Dough:
    • Scoop 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of cherry pie filling into each dough-lined muffin tin. It’s okay if some of the filling seeps out during baking.
  4. Fold the Dough:
    • Fold the three corners of the dough over the cherry filling, covering as much of the filling as possible.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 13-14 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Prepare the Glaze:
    • While the pie bites are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth and you reach your desired glaze consistency.
  7. Glaze the Bites:
    • Once the cherry pie bites are out of the oven, let them cool slightly.
    • Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites using a spoon.
  8. Serve:
    • Serve the cherry pie bites warm, and enjoy!
