Easy Cherry Pie Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent roll dough
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a regular muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough:
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place each triangle into a muffin tin, with the widest part at the bottom and the points sticking out over the edges.
- Fill the Dough:
- Scoop 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of cherry pie filling into each dough-lined muffin tin. It’s okay if some of the filling seeps out during baking.
- Fold the Dough:
- Fold the three corners of the dough over the cherry filling, covering as much of the filling as possible.
- Bake:
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 13-14 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the Glaze:
- While the pie bites are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth and you reach your desired glaze consistency.
- Glaze the Bites:
- Once the cherry pie bites are out of the oven, let them cool slightly.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites using a spoon.
- Serve:
- Serve the cherry pie bites warm, and enjoy!
