Easiest Pecan Bars “EVER”
Ingredient
Use a low-carb crescent roll dough, such as this Low Carb Crescent Roll Dough
You will need about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, which has 4 points per 1/4 cup
You will need about 1/4 cup of sugar substitute, which has zero points
Use sugar-free corn syrup, such as this Sugar-Free Corn that has zero points per 1/4 cup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9×13-inch pan. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar substitute, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and egg until well blended. Stir in the walnuts.
Pour the filling over the partially baked crust and spread evenly. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes longer or until golden brown.
Cool completely, about 1 hour, and cut into bars. Enjoy
