Ingredients:
- Butter 1 tbsp. (to grease the pan)
- Stevia 18 packets
- Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
- White eggs 3 large
- Sour cream 16 ounces
- Cream cheese 32 ounces
Instructions:
- Turn on the microwave to 325 degrees F and grease a spring-form pan with butter.
- Now, add the cream cheese to a stand mixture and beat it until whipped.
- Then add the stevia and extract to the stand mixer.
- Slowly transfer the egg to it.
- At last, add in the sour cream and whisk them at normal speed.
