  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare Chickpeas

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. Air Fry the Chickpeas

  1. Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 17 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, open the basket, spray the chickpeas lightly with oil, and shake the basket.
  4. Continue air frying, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even crisping.

3. Add Seasoning

  1. With 2 minutes remaining, sprinkle half of the seasoning onto the chickpeas. Shake gently to coat.
