Healthy Snickers Blizzard
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 ounces Lily’s chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup peanuts
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine fat-free cottage cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and peanut butter powder.
- Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into a container suitable for freezing.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Lily’s chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cottage cheese mixture in the container.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Place the container in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, scoop out servings and enjoy your guilt-free Snickers Blizzard!
Notes:
- This recipe makes 4 servings, each about 1/2 cup.
- Each serving is 4 Weight Watchers points.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar-free maple syrup according to your taste preferences.
- Store any leftovers in the freezer for future indulgences.
Ya’ll this tastes like a snickers blizzard and it’s made with cottage cheese!!! This recipe makes 4 servings about 1/2 cup each and each is four points or 16 points for the whole container
