Healthy Snickers Blizzard

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 ounces Lily’s chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup peanuts

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine fat-free cottage cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and peanut butter powder.
  2. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a container suitable for freezing.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Lily’s chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the cottage cheese mixture in the container.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Place the container in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Once frozen, scoop out servings and enjoy your guilt-free Snickers Blizzard!

Notes:

  • This recipe makes 4 servings, each about 1/2 cup.
  • Each serving is 4 Weight Watchers points.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar-free maple syrup according to your taste preferences.
  • Store any leftovers in the freezer for future indulgences.

Ya’ll this tastes like a snickers blizzard and it’s made with cottage cheese!!! This recipe makes 4 servings about 1/2 cup each and each is four points or 16 points for the whole container
