Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each flattened slice of bread.
- Roll up each slice of bread tightly, starting from one end.

- Place the coated rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly coat the tops of the rolls with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
