⭐ Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Twists

✅ Ingredients (Low-Carb Dough)
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (Monk fruit or allulose)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (0% for WW)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp light cream cheese (or dairy-free cream cheese)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp sugar-free brown sweetener
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- ½ tsp vanilla
⭐ Instructions
1️⃣ Make the dough
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill 10–15 minutes (important — makes twisting easier).
2️⃣ Make the filling
- Mix cream cheese, almond milk, brown sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate 5 minutes to thicken.
3️⃣ Shape the twists
- Roll dough into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
- Spread the cookie dough filling over half the dough.
- Fold the dough over like a book.
- Slice into strips.
- Twist each strip gently to form spirals.
4️⃣ Bake
- Place twists on a parchment-lined tray.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes, until golden on the edges.
- Cool completely — they firm up beautifully.
