Ingredients:-

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:-

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and form it into a small patty or fritter shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture, forming fritters of similar size.
  4. Place the fritters in the heated skillet. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure to cook them thoroughly as they contain chicken.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the fritters to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  6. Serve the cheesy keto chicken fritters while they’re hot. They can be enjoyed on their own as a snack, paired with a dipping sauce, or served alongside a salad or your favorite low-carb side dish….
