Detailed Instructions:

Begin the culinary adventure by preheating your oven to 375°F, setting the stage for the creation of these gourmet Cheesy Bell Pepper Keto Nachos.
Wash and dry the bell peppers meticulously, then skillfully cut them into small, triangle-shaped pieces. Arrange these vibrant pepper triangles on a baking sheet and let them bake in the oven for 10 minutes, creating the perfect foundation for your nachos.
While the peppers are in the oven, embark on the savory journey of browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Ensure any excess liquids are drained, leaving behind perfectly cooked, flavorful meat.
Elevate the taste profile by introducing your homemade taco seasoning and beef broth to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and let it simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, allowing the seasoning to infuse with the ground beef. With the lid off, continue simmering until the taco meat achieves a luxurious thickness, avoiding any excess liquid.
Now, spoon the rich and savory ground beef mixture onto each bell pepper triangle, generously covering them from end to end. Embrace the decadence by sprinkling yellow cheddar cheese over the meat, followed by a layer of white cheddar cheese.
The final act unfolds in the oven – place the baking sheet on the top shelf and bake for 5 minutes. Then, switch to the broil setting for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the cheese melts to perfection, forming a bubbly, golden crown. Exercise caution during this stage to prevent burning.
With the nachos artfully crafted, remove them from the oven and crown the masterpiece with a colorful array of optional toppings. Freshly chopped cilantro, crisp lettuce, succulent tomatoes, zesty red onions, and a dollop of sour cream create a symphony of textures and flavors.
