Free Keto Meal Plan : KETO DIET PLAN FOR BEGINNERS STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cauliflower chopped up to your preference
- 1/2 onion sliced and diced real nice
- 1 bell pepper karate chopped up
- 1 green onion cut up
- 1 tomato diced
- A couple handfuls of spinach
- Some bacon (or whatever meat you got)
- 5 eggs
- Some avocado oil

Instructions:
- I like to preheat my skillet over low heat while I prep all the veggies. Put that trusty cast iron over low heat and chop them veggies.
- Get your bacon in one hand and your scissors in the other and cut the bacon into the skillet.
- Cook the bacon until it’s cooked then dump it onto some paper towels in a bowl.
- Add some avocado oil to the skillet and turn up the heat to medium.
- Dump that cauliflower into the skillet and add a little salt and pepper on top. Move it around in the pan for a couple minutes to keep yourself busy while it cooks.
- Drop your onion, tomato and bell pepper into the skillet and move it all around until it’s mixed up good. Let it cook moving it around occasionally for like 10 min.
- (Idk if this step is necessary but it’s what I did) turn oven on broil and pop the skillet in there for 5 min.
- Put skillet back on burner on low heat drop a couple handfuls of spinach on top and cover it.
- Once the spinach gets soft, mix it all around then make 5 little beds for your eggs.
- You can make an egg bed by pushing your cooking spoon or spatula into the mixture in the skillet to get a little crater in the veggie mash.
- Crack eggs into your veggie mash crater egg beds… 5 of them (or more or less depending on how many eggs you want).
- Sprinkle your bacon bits and chopped green onions over the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- …. Eat it.
