Ingredients:
1 lb fat free ground turkey breast (or chicken breast)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup frank’s hot sauce, divided
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey (or chicken), bread crumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, onion powder, black pepper and 1/4 cup hot sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 20 (heaping tbsp) meatballs and place on a sprayed, parchment or silicon lined baking sheet.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, turning meatballs at the 15 minute mark.
Toss meatballs with remaining 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
