🥦 High-Protein Broccoli Bowl with Creamy Garlic Sauce
A delicious, filling, low-carb meal packed with protein and flavor!
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 1 grilled chicken breast (6 oz), sliced
- ½ cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes or grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook broccoli: Steam or boil until tender-crisp.
- Grill chicken: Season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil, then grill until fully cooked.
- Make garlic sauce: In a blender, combine cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Assemble: Add broccoli to a bowl, top with chicken, and drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over it. Sprinkle with chili flakes or Parmesan if desired.
