Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs Recipe :
Ingredients :
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons milk (or cream for extra richness)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
- Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing

Instructions :
Prepare the Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Blend the Base
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cottage cheese and shredded cheese (if using).
Bake
- Pour mixture evenly into the prepared dish or muffin tin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
