Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs Recipe :


Ingredients :
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or cream for extra richness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing
Instructions :
Prepare the Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish or muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Blend the Base
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cottage cheese and shredded cheese (if using).
Bake
  • Pour mixture evenly into the prepared dish or muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
Garnish & Serve
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
  • Enjoy warm with toast, avocado, or a side salad.
