Instructions

  1. Crushed up 7 of the lemon cookies, 6 for the crust, 1 for the topping. ) I smooshed them down but mostly came up as a crumble. I’m sure you could probably put some butter or something to hold them together. But I was really trying to just go for an apple crisp crumble.)
