Crushed up 7 of the lemon cookies, 6 for the crust, 1 for the topping. ) I smooshed them down but mostly came up as a crumble. I’m sure you could probably put some butter or something to hold them together. But I was really trying to just go for an apple crisp crumble.) Added the apple pie filling and then Cooked in a 9 inch pie plate at 360 for 35 minutes to get it brown and the apples cooked through. Best 3 points ever!
